Summer 2026: Part 3 , Treasure Hunt
Summer 2026: Part 3 (promoted as the Treasure Hunt and also known as Scarlet's Treasure Hunt) was a mini-update during Summer 2026 that released on August 29, 2026. The update added a five small quests around the Freeplay Mode map. Completing the quests reveals 5 hidden gems which can be used to unlock a secret cave. After completing a final small quest inside the cave, players could claim the Trident of the Shells and the Seashell Crown. The update also saw the return of the treasure hunt from Summer 2025, where players can find 7 buried treasure chests hidden around the Freeplay Mode map, allowing them to unlock the Scarlett Fierce Set (players who already unlocked it instead received ).

This update introduced a total of 64 new items, 18 preset makeup looks, 75 custom makeup additions, 7 new hairs, a new intermission lobby and freeplay map taking place in Rio de Janeiro, a refresh of Style Showdown, 4 new materials for Materials+ gamepass, and many more quality-of-life changes were introduced. On July 11, 2026, 2 new makeups and 20 new custom makeup additions were added. On August 8, 2026, Part 2 was released, adding various new clothing reworks and improvements. On August 29, 2026, Part 3 was released, re-adding the Scarlet Fierce's Treasure Hunt, Seashell Crown, alongside 1 new item Trident of the Shells.

The Valentine's 2026 update was a Valentine's themed Seasonal Update that released following the Winter 2025 update on February 7, 2026, and ran until it's conclusion on April 4, 2026 with the release of the Spring 2026 (Trip to Tokyo) update. This update introduced 14 free and VIP items, alongside 3 code items. A rework of the Male Body Type was also added, alongside 2 walk packs, and the LOVE! Pose Pack. The seasonal currency was also added. Additinally, a new “Materials+” gamepass was added, a Daily Login system, and quality-of-life changes. Taking place in Paris, Freeplay received a new cafe, flower-bouquet minigame, and more. The lobby was also changed, and the dressing room was expanded. Additionally, the 3-part quest from Valentine's 2025 made a return.

This update reintroduced the Sparkling Resolution Set into the Weekly Boutique rotation for a limited time until January 3, 2026. Additionally, a new exclusive VIP Set, new Custom Makeup presets options, one new hair, three new runway effects, and a new code: 2026BADDIES was added.

The Winter 2025 update was a Winter themed Seasonal Update that released following the Halloween 2025 update on December 13, 2025, and ran until it's conclusion on February 7, 2026 with the release of the Valentine's 2026 update. This update reintroduced the Winter 2024 quests and added a new Advent Calendar containing 15 gifts. Players who collect all 15 gifts receive a bonus reward. A new currency was added, which can be used to to purchase returning Advent Calendar 2024 items, the Ice Skating Pose Pack, and the Sassy Walk Pack. The update also includes a new redeemable code and a Save Hair Combos feature. This update also added 2 new runways, a festive lobby and dressing room, and new themes. A new weekly shop was added, featuring four rotating items each week. The Dressing Booth system and UI were fully reworked. A new custom makeup eyeshading opacity option was also introduced, and along with that, new cosmetic content includes 8 new hairs, 12 new classic makeup, 10 new free items, 16 new VIP items, and more. Additionally, The French Luxury Bag was reworked into the French Luxury Set. Freeplay was updated with a new gift delivery mini-game, ice skating with bears, and an updated Recording Studio and new photo booth. On December 27, 2025 during New Year's 2026 update released adding new winter themed Runway Effect Packs.

Dress to Impress is heading to Oz. The Wicked: For Good collab drops November 8. DTI x Wicked: For Good was an official Movie Collaboration update with Wicked: For Good that released on November 8, 2025, and ran for 3 weeks until its conclusion on November 29, 2025. The update was part of the broader Halloween 2025 seasonal update - serving as Weeks 4, 5 & 6. It was first announced on October 19, 2025, during TwitchCon 2025. This update introduced 27 new items, 7 new hairs, 2 special rounds (Defying Gravity and Bubble Galore), 2 new runways (Emerald City and Forest), and 2 limited-time codes (GLINDA and ELPHABA). On November 28, 2025, community manager Thuyen announced that the Wicked: For Good collaboration would be ending on November 29, 2025, officially confirming its conclusion. Their social post included an image of Glinda and Elphaba together in Oz that was inspired by a real image of the actors for Glinda and Elphaba. On November 28, 2025, the collaboration concluded and all players who played during the update will keep the collaboration items and Wicked Pose Pack.

The Halloween 2025 update was a Halloween themed Seasonal Update that released following the Summer 2025 update on October 18, 2025, and ran until it's conclusion on December 13, 2025 with the release of the Winter 2025 update. This update introduced a variety of new content to the game, including the Candy Currency, Book 1 of the Halloween 2025 Quest, new items, hairstyles, makeup, and a new Baddie Pass. On October 25, 2025, the Halloween 2024 Quest returned, allowing players to complete it and earn the reward items from the previous year. This update also introduced three new secret reward items that are apart of Nurse Julie’s Set. On November 8, 2025, the DTI x Wicked: For Good update was released, removing the Halloween lobby and decorations and relocating the Halloween items to temporary locations around the dressing room. On November 24, 2025, a small update was released that added a candy pot to Lana's nail table. This pot allows players to claim 15 every 30 minutes.

Runway Chaos
The Runway Chaos update was released on September 27, 2025. This update introduced a brand new permanent feature to the game called Runway Effect Packs, which allows players to "troll" other players when on the runway. This update also introduced a new Messy Pose Pack, and a new feature to copy another players outfit. Players that were joined during the first 6 hours can claimed 7 free uses of each compliment effect. On September 28, 2025, the "copy outfit" feature was removed and the "Serve It" pose was replaced due to community critiques.

This update included code item Pixiiuwu's Iridescent Dress, updated Daily Tasks, 20 new custom makeup additions, several new clothing items, including Secret Heels and a new rank reward for Fashion Maven, the Fashion Maven Nails, 8 new Classic Faces, new dance minigame, and new free Star Baby Walk Pack. On July 4, 2025, the developers of Dress To Impress announced that the Summer Quest: Chapter 1 would not be released as part of Summer 2025 – Part 2, as it did not meet their internal expectations. The quest will instead be released in a future update. As an apology, a 2x Weekend was announced, running from July 5 to July 7, 2025 (ending at 11 AM EST).

The World Day for Cultural Diversity 2025 update, also known as the Cultural Update of 2025, or simply rephrased as WDfCD 2025, was a seasonal mini update that released on May 17, 2025. Every year, Dress To Impress honors and represents cultures by incorporating certain culturally inspired and specific clothing items, decor, and themes to the game. This update introduced a variety of new cultural items inspired by the following cultures: Japan, Thailand, the Philippines, Scotland, India, Mexico, Spain, Brazil, and Nigeria. The event was first announced May 10, 2025 by BeaPlays on the Dress To Impress Discord Server.

The Spring 2025 update, also known as the Petal Update, was a Spring themed Seasonal Update that released following the Valentine's 2025 update on April 26, 2025, and ran until it's conclusion on June 28, 2025 with the release of the Summer 2025 update. This update introduced a new revamped shop UI, new Walk Packs, new hair categorization system, reworks and sets for some Robux items, and the new Accessory Adjustment Feature (unlocked after playing 30 rounds). The April Fool's 2025 mini-update is a seasonal April Fool's themed mini-update that released on April 1, 2025. During the event, the game's name was temporarily changed to "[ FREE VIP] Dress To Impress", and the game icon was updated to feature two Linas. On April 2, 2025, the event concluded, and players who had obtained the Flamethrower had the item removed from their inventories. Lina remained until the Easter 2025 update and the Fart Pose was later moved to the Troll Pose Pack. On March 31, 2026 during April Fool's 2026 update, the "BADDIE4LIFE" code along with the Chicken Heels become available again.

Valentine's 2025
The Valentine's 2025 update was a Valentine's themed Seasonal Update that released following the Winter 2024 update on February 8, 2025, and ran until it's conclusion on April 26, 2025 with the release of the Spring 2025 (Petal Update). On February 15, 2025, the Part 2 mini-update was released, introducing a rework for the Sweetheart Dress and the code "SWEETHEART", which could be redeemed until February 16, 2025. Additionally, for the weekend (Feb 15-16), all users would receive 2x as compensation for the game-mode Style Showdown being delayed until March 1, 2025. On March 1, 2025, Style Showdown was released in Beta. On February 7, 2026 during Valentine's 2026 update, the quest were returned to the game. Additionally, Leah Ashe was replaced with Harht on the quest.

Lunar New Year 2025
The Lunar New Year 2025 update was released on January 25, 2025, as a mini-update ahead of the Valentine's 2025 update. This update introduced three codes, each granting a Lunar New Year-themed item. On February 1, 2025, the Lunar New Year 2025 event concluded, and the codes expired. The codes returned for World Day for Cultural Diversity but only for 48 hours. Both codes did not include the Year of the Snake pieces. On February 21, 2026, the code rewards, Qipao and Tang Suit returned for Lunar New Year 2026 update. Code rewards did not include Year of the Snake pieces.

The New Year's 2025 update was released on December 30, 2024, marking the final update of the year 2024. This update introduced the limited-time Sparkling Resolution Set and the reworked version of the Madoka set which was then renamed to Myra the Magical Girl set. The Haunt
The Haunt event was an official limited-time Roblox Halloween event that took place from October 24, 2024, to November 1, 2024. This update added in a small purple capture button for players to capture their outfits & looks in-game, which could be sent directly to the event hub afterwards. After The Haunt event ended, the capture button was initially removed, but quickly returned with a slightly different design and was moved to the photo mode menu.

Halloween 2024
The Halloween 2024 update was released on October 19, 2024 and ended on December 14, 2024, celebrating the season of fall and the traditional Halloween holiday. This update introduced a new autumn/Halloween-themed lobby, dressing room, and runway with 4 new alternating obbies and difficulties in-between rounds, 67 total new items, 2 new gamepasses and 1 new product, 39 new hairs, 24 preset makeup looks, 85 custom makeup additions, the introduction of dressing rooms, and much more, including the game's first-ever 3-part quest. The gifting feature was also updated to enable players to gift every gamepass no matter which one it is. On October 24, 2024, a small update was added, introducing a capture button for Roblox's The Haunt event. This was eventually revamped to be the new and improved Photo Mode feature. On November 23, 2024, the quest and various decorations were removed, but all Halloween additions were moved around the map. On October 25, 2025, the Lana Lore quest had came back to the game along with the items rewarded for completing it.

DTI x Brat was an official Artist Collaboration update with the music artist Charli XCX that released on August 17, 2024, and ran for 2 weeks until its conclusion on August 30, 2024. The update was part of the broader Summer 2024 seasonal update - serving as Weeks 8 & 9. The update brought a variety of Brat-themed content, including makeup, patterns, hairstyles and 10 Brat-themed items. On August 20, 2024, two special Brat runways were introduced, along with a Brat-themed lobby and a new Brat dressing room. Charli XCX's music from her album "Brat" played on the runway, and new poses inspired by the album were added for fashion show rounds. On August 30, 2024, the Brat event concluded. Players who participated during the event kept their items in their Dressing Booths inventory under the rewards section. On February 8, 2025, a new chest system was introduced, adding a Brat-themed chest and moving the Brat items into it. Later, on February 15, 2025, the items were added back to the Dressing Booths.

The Games update was an official summer collaboration with the Roblox Team, releasing on August 1, 2024 and ending on August 11, 2024. This update introduced three quests in collaboration with Roblox’s event of the same name. Players could unlock the Queen Mermaid Set if all three quests were completed. On June 28, 2025 during the Summer 2025 update, the set became obtainable again by placing in podium during a special round. If players already claimed the award from last year, they would get the Siren Mermaid Tail instead.

The Hunt: First Edition, also known as the Easter 2024 update, was a seasonal Easter themed mini-update that was released on March 15, 2024, and concluded on March 30, 2024. The update was a collaboration with Roblox’s The Hunt event, and an Easter themed quest and set were released as apart of the event. Participants could earn bunny ears, a bunny dress, and the exclusive "Dress To Impress x The Hunt: First Edition" badge, which could only be obtained during the event period.

January Update Part 1
The January Update (Part 1) was released on January 17th, 2024. Introduced a new limited Denim Bag as a Robux item, giving players access to a premium denim accessory. Introduced three new VIP clothing pieces to expand the exclusive wardrobe. Introduced four new free clothing items and one new hairstyle available to all players, also new makeup options and fresh patterns to enhance customization. The Masculine Rig Update began on December 27, 2023. After many pre-updates, DTI introduced Male bases for players to switch between, as well as new female items, skirts, tops and dresses, a new decorative and reworked Lobby and Dressing Room.

Pre-Update 2
The Pre-Update 2 was released on December 16, 2023. It introduces two new skirts, with one reserved for VIP players and the other free for everyone. VIP users also receive new fur boots, while all players can enjoy the new oversized runners. A new Rich Girl Bag has been added as well, priced at 149 Robux. The update includes new makeup and fabric options, along with the introduction of a VIP Monthly option. VIP and Pro players now have access to exclusive servers, and the update also delivers numerous bug fixes to improve overall gameplay. More can be found in the Update Log for 2023.

Small Pre-Update
The Small Pre-Update was released on December 11, 2023. It added two new phones, with one available for VIP players and the other free for everyone. The update also included two new hairstyles and two new clothing items, specifically a pair of pants and a corset. Pre-Update 3
The Pre-Update 3 was released on December 23, 2023. Introduced five new highly requested free clothing items, along with two additional VIP‑exclusive outfits. A new Christmas‑inspired runway created by @venaluxe has been added, with the full runway system coming soon. Winter 2023 Part 2
The Winter 2023 (Part 2) Update was released on December 2, 2023. Introduced 6 new free items, 2 new VIP items and 1 new Robux item + 5 new earrings, 2 only accessible for VIP and 3 for free. The top 10 players are now displayed on the results leaderboard after rounds, as well as joining 20 seconds or less before voting will result in the player not being on the runway. Game Release
The Release of Dress to Impress began on November 4, 2023 with a small pre-release lobby featuring a small character customization system, allowing players to try a small selection of hairs and items. On November 11, 2023, the game was officially launched after the pre-release countdown ended. The first 2 weeks of the games release introduced various core mechanics, items, and other cosmetics, with many being removed or reworked.

Summer Showdown
Summer Showdown also known as Part 4 of the Summer 2025 update was released July 19, 2025. This update included a new Style Showdown update, removal of voting punishments, excluding Master Servers, improved accessory adjustment, new seasonal challenge, 2x Baddie Pass XP when above tier 10 to make leveling easier, and new Charlie's Wings VFX item. This update also added 5 more reductions to the twitch codes.
