Throughout the video, Lana is advised again and again "not to tell them our plans" and to "not tell them what we did to you". This is possibly referring to Gigi forcing Lana to work. "Don't try to escape" is probably implying that Lana was given the "nail lady" job not willingly, and she was probably forced to. The morse code in the video was deciphered to be "BIT THE APPLE". Lana bit an apple, given to her by Agamemnon, which is why she got cursed and put in the Home of the Doves Medical Center. It was possible she bit it because she thought that it would give her immortality or something else. The apple is also described as the "red orb" by Lana as well.
