Charlie's Wings

This item could be obtained by new or old players. This item was made in memory of an 8-year-old named Charlie, who was an avid Dress to Impress player. Charlie was diagnosed with neuroblastoma a few years prior, and lost her battle with cancer. This item was dedicated in memory of Charlie.
