Serena is a newly hired clothing designer at 'Dress to Impress', a popular runway agency that has been thriving for the past five years. She made her debut on October 19, 2024, coinciding with the game’s first-ever Halloween event and the release of the Lana lore quest. She first appears in the opening cutscene of Chapter 3, urgently shouting to get your attention. With a determined look, she takes a few breaths before calming herself and introducing who she is. She quickly warns you of the dire situation: Lana is about to be sacrificed by Lina, carrying out the dark demands of Agamemnon. Her voice carries a sense of urgency as she describes the danger Lana is in, emphasizing how little time is left. After her explanation, the scene shifts, and the player finds themselves standing in a nail and hair salon, now in complete ruins, with shattered mirrors and overturned furniture hinting at a recent struggle. Serena is seen one last time, casting a determined glance before you make your way down into the catacombs to rescue Lana from her fate.
