The names Holly, head-elf of North Pole Workshop Productions!Holly was a limited-time character introduced during the Winter 2024 update quest. Holly guided the player(s), explaining that Santa Claus had been kidnapped, leaving his office in disarray with an obnoxiously large letter left behind.
